The German Innovation Institute for Sustainability and Digitalization (diind) has awarded us the title of employer of the future. The decisive factor for this award was our modern, innovation-oriented corporate culture and our efforts in the areas of digitalization and sustainability.

In order to receive the award, we were assessed in a transparent review process by means of a self-assessment and by experts from diind.

In the evaluation, we received over 300 out of a maximum of 500 achievable points.

The criteria for the rating included:

• the digital presence of the company
• the user experience on the website
• a performance analysis of the website, including SEO and responsive design
• the corporate vision & values
• the career pages on the website & digital job advertisements
• the sustainability of the company
• modern benefits, flexible working hours, training and development and the leadership culture
• previous company evaluations & awards
