Questions about orders


When does the minimum order surcharge no longer apply?

There is no surcharge for orders with a value of 250€ or more. We charge a surcharge of 12.50€ for orders with a value of less than 250€.



Can I order as a private person?

The offers in this store are only aimed at businesses within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB), i.e. natural or legal persons or partnerships with legal capacity who, when concluding a legal transaction, are acting in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity. We do not conclude contracts with consumers.




Questions about payment


What payment options are available?

We offer purchase on account for registered customers and prepayment for new customers.




How do I receive my invoice?

You will receive your invoice or pro forma invoice from us by e-mail after successfully completing your order. It is also possible to receive an invoice by post on request.




How do I get my individual customer prices?

If you are already registered in our online shop, your customer-specific prices will be displayed after you have successfully logged in. If you are not yet registered, you can simply fill out our registration form. You can then place an order directly at our list prices. Once we have checked your registration and sent you your log-in details by e-mail, your individual prices will also be displayed after logging in.





Questions about shipping and delivery


What are the shipping costs?

Orders within Germany are free of charge. For international orders, the shipping costs are calculated in the check-out process depending on the order quantity and destination country.



Which countries does Berner deliver to?

We offer shipping to Germany, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Belgium and the Netherlands.




How long will it take to receive my order?

Within Germany, you will receive your order within 4 working days. For international orders, shipping takes up to 7 working days.





Questions about returns and refunds

What should I do if I have received defective, faulty or incomplete goods?

If you have received defective or incorrect goods, please contact our customer service via our contact form or by telephone on +49 / (0) 41 21 / 43 56 - 0. Please have your order number and other information about your order ready so that we can help you as quickly as possible. In order to clarify the matter as quickly as possible, please send us a photo of the delivered item showing the defect. In the case of incorrectly delivered items, please send us a photo of the item label with the item number. Once the matter has been clarified, you can return your items at our expense. We will refund the purchase price immediately upon receipt of the goods.
