SpillKit Formaldehyde

The Formaldehyde Emergency Kit includes Personal Protective Equipment and the necessary accessories to quickly and easily clean up potentially carcinogenic formaldehyde spills. Depending on the location and size of the spill, it may be necessary to wear a full-face gas-filtering respirator with appropriate filter, which should be available in the work area. This kit does not itself contain a respirator.

This kit is a handy emergency kit for medical personnel who use formalin or other formaldehyde-containing substances. Available in a highly visible, durable, easy to open SpillKit carton.

This Formaldehyde Spill Response Kit contains FSC-1 to reduce exposure to formaldehyde gas in the event of a spill. The formalin is converted into an easy-to-remove, semi-solid mass that cools quickly to minimize formaldehyde off-gassing.
