cleo® care - Absorbent cleanroom prep mats

Specially designed for use in safety cabinets, the cleanroom prep mats 
cleo^® care impress with their outstanding absorption capacity. For easy and safe insertion into the cleanroom, the mats are unfolded, triple-wrapped in foil and sterilized with gamma rays. cleo^® care reduces the cleaning effort and increases laboratory safety when handling cytostatics or biological agents. Contamination of surfaces and carry-over of toxic or infectious substances is prevented. Antistatic and non-slip.

• Stable - The unfolded mat lies flat and ensures that small and light utensils (e.g. vials) can stand securely

Material composition

• Distributor - the upper PE mesh ensures even liquid distribution and minimizes the release of particles from the middle layer
   
• Absorber - the middle air-laid paper is particularly absorbent and absorbs liquids up to 719 ml/m² absolute or 79 ml (420 x 260 mm) and 166 ml (560 x 410 mm)
   
• Barrier - the lower PE film is a secure barrier against the penetration and permeation of liquids

Scope of delivery
